E-commerce lenders

Embedded credit for e-commerce lenders.

You fund inventory, purchase orders and ad spend for online sellers. We fund your book. Each advance is drawn when you make it and repaid as your sellers repay, with interest only on what's out. Start with one program or a single PO.

  • Drawn per advance
  • Interest on drawn balance only
  • Advances up to 6 months

Where we fit

Two kinds of lenders use us.

You fund from LPs today.

Every new program means raising another commitment first. A BitRepo line funds each advance as you make it, so your LP money goes further.

You have a bank warehouse, with gaps.

Your line has rules about which sellers qualify: months of history, established products, US residency. We can fund a separate program for the sellers it turns away.

What we finance

The advances you already make.

InventoryAdvances to restock, repaid from sales.Repaid from sales
Purchase ordersFunding against a confirmed PO, repaid when the buyer pays.Repaid on payment

How it works

The funding process.

01

Share your bookread-only

Advance-level data, loss history and how you underwrite sellers.

02

Read your offer[2 weeks]

Advance rate, which advances qualify, your limit and the rate, in writing.

03

Draw per advancesame day

When an advance fits your offer, draw for it. One program or one PO is enough to start.

04

Repay as sellers repayas it comes in

Repayments pay down the line, and the limit frees up again.

What it costs

A rate on what's drawn. Nothing on what isn't.

A simple annual rate on the balance you've drawn. No origination fee, no fee for an unused line, no warrants.

We're for the sellers your bank warehouse doesn't cover, and for lenders who don't have one yet.

Where the money comes from

Nobody can freeze your line.

Most lenders to lenders borrow from a bank themselves. When that bank tightens, your line gets cut, usually when you need it most. BitRepo has no bank above us. Our capital comes from Bitcoin holders who lend against their own collateral.

A bank warehouse is funded by deposits that earn their owners almost nothing, and it lasts only as long as the bank wants to keep lending. Bitcoin holders lend because they want their capital to earn, against collateral they already hold, so the money behind your line doesn't hinge on a bank's appetite.

Questions

Straight answers.

Will you go around us to our sellers?

No. Your sellers are yours, and we don't use your data to lend to them.

We already have a warehouse line. Does that rule us out?

Not usually, but your current facility may limit other liens on your receivables. We'd structure around it, usually as a separate program.

Can we start small?

Yes. One program, or a single purchase order.

Do we need to touch crypto?

No. You draw and repay dollars, and your terms don't move with Bitcoin's price.

Why would you say no?

If your book can't carry the line, funding it makes things worse for you. We'd rather tell you.
